HiI have 1 DB on MSSQL 2005 Enterprise and 1 DB on MSSQL 2008 Enterprise .Both MSSQL servers are located on different hosting companies which only provide me with one DB user accountCould you please tell me how could I copy Structure and All records from MSSQL 2005 to SQL Server 2008. |

Backup/Restore would be the easiest way. No, you're never too old to Yak'n'Roll if you're too young to die. |

Hello webfred,But I can't restore MSSQL 2005 to MSSQL 2008 DB, Since Backup file is not stored locally. Could you please tell me how could I do it? |

Interesting part is that they don't able to restore it . I think their Server can't restore files bigger than 250MB(my DB size).but I could restore the DB in local SQL server. Is there another way to Restore / Copy DB contents , having only DB Owner privilage. |
