We stopped the SQL service at least 3 times on Saturday and started it agin, but the problem continued The message when we try to open a DTS is:"Error ocurred during creation of a DTS package", then appears:"The selected package cannot be opened. | Make sure you've got the right access to create DTS packages, and install the latest SQL service pack on the workstation. I had a similar problem this morning with SQL 7 Enterprise Manager, and installing the service pack fixed it. |
