hi everyone
hi new to sql eventho ive use vb for about 2 years and this is my 1st web app im trying to my a simple chatroom in vb asp.net using vwd 2008
and sql 2008 r2 ive done all the code and tried to debug i got and error 40 i looked this up and found a few tuts about how to solve the problem (on sql 2008 not 2008 r2 not sure if theres a diffrence ) and follewed them but i still getting the same error. last week i used the sql string and it worked no problem ,im only having this problem with linq to sql i would be very greatful it some could point me in the right direction thanks

Please post the text of the error as "error 40" isn't enough information.
