I am able to print one record per page...using page break on the group. But when I export it to excel its putting each page on new work sheet.

when I export to excel I want all the records on the one page but when I print it, I want the excel to put one record per page.

Is it possible?

I think the only way to do this is to have another report that has all of the records on the same page already and have a export button on your report that calls the second report. I have seen something like this where a text box is set up on the report containing a link to perform a "jump to url" action to another report. You would have the export format in the URL string. Here is a post with several examples with different scenarios: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/sqlreportingservices/thread/e0f7ef1d-2a65-4c14-a31c-6fc3ed3196a7/

Also here is a link showing all of the SSRS URL access syntax from MSDN: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms153586(v=SQL.90).aspx
