Ok, can you ping YOUR-F56EA3B113 ?

If so, can you go to SQL Server Configuration Manager on YOUR-F56EA3B113 to check the services are started and you have named pipes turned on and possibly an Alias set up to YOUR-F56EA3B113\SQLEXPRESS ?

Port is usually 1433, if this was a standard install that is what it will be, otherwise, you will need to ask the person who installed it. The server will be YOUR-F56EA3B113 or the IP Address of that machine.
