I have a SQL Server database consists of two files:
BAHRAIN_Data.MDF
BAHRAIN_Log.LDF

This database was created as back-end for a system.

After two years I back to the database backup and the system backup. Unfortuantely, the PC which was hosting the system and database became damaged. Thus, I forced to shift the both Backups to a new PC.

Now, I need to rectify and fix all the problems arise when running the system in the backup. What I can did is to reconnect the system to the backup of the database. How can I make this using the ODBC, given that I am using MSDE 2000 and want to locate the database backup into an instance name called Bahrain. How can I add the backup of the database to the MSDE instance Bahrain, using the SQL Statements??

Thanks,
