hi everyone, please I need help. I have two almost identical sql servers and application that has to import data from text.DAT files via BULK INSERT. the problem is converting date into column DATETIME formated. source data is in CYYMMDD format. The aplication imported data correctly on one server but on the second one imported date data is not formated properly. both sql servers have the same collations, the same database, and I think they have identical regional settings.any idea what else shall I check or compare to find the diffrences?many thanks for any suggestions. |
