I want o extract data from an oracle database using ssis and save it to a flatfile separated by column numbers

for example

1-10 will have id
11-20 will have Name
20-30 will contain date

etc
No Tabs separating the data

I dont have any problems with SSIS yet
how do i configure the destination flat file in the format I mentioned above
