ODBC fails to connect to SQL Server instance

ODBC fails to connect to SQL Server instance

We use an application in our office which connects to sql express database on another system.

Few days back from all the system we were able to connect.

Now , only few user are able to connect to data base.

Even, from the same system, different users are unable to connect.

Error message
Connection failed
SQL state 01000
SQL server error 67

SQL State 08001
SQL server error 17

From most of the client pc.
os- xp. win 7
