and have tried most things to fix it that are on the net.One article I read mentioned to, in this order: quote:
1. Delete the ASPNET user account in your computer.2. Uninstall .NET Framework 2.03. Uninstall IIS.4. Re-install IIS, and then re-install .NET Framework 2.0 (note: the order can't be changed.)
