Hello,

I'd like to create a maintenance plan on a SQL2k5 that will contain several tasks from several server instances.
I add a task "Execute SQL Serve Agent Job Task" and open it, then I make a new connection to another instance and press OK.
But nothing changes in the "Available SQL Server Agent jobs" and I'd like to get the jobs defined on the distant instance.
I guess there is a problem of rights.
Is it my current sql server account or sql server agent account that should be granted specific rights on the distant instance?
What for rights? Where can I set those rights, at the distant instance level ?

I hope this question is not too incomplete.
I must confess I'm quite new to sql administration.

Brs,

Jay
