SQL Svr 2005 on cluster

I have a set of jobs for a DB that have been disabled. This morning I was looking at my list of jobs and saw several of the disabled jobs running? No one else can run the jobs or has access so i am curious what is going on. The jobs were disabled a week ago and were not running the last time I logged in so they have been started by something.

thx,

Stop the jobs and check the history for who/what started them.

Hi,

I guess I am mixing up the "job enabled" with "schedule enabled". the job was disabled, but the schedule it was on was still enabled. I assumed SQL Svr would not run a job that was disabled.

Yes that is true. If a job is disabled, then it doesn't matter if the schedule is enabled or not. When the job is disabled, it will not run on a schedule. People can still manually kick it off though.
