Have you installed SQL 2008 (at least the client tools)? If so, you'll find it in the SQL 2008 start menu folder.--Gail ShawSQL Server MVP |

Then you may not have installed BIDS. If you do, it's in the menu, under SQL 2008, just like the 2005 one is under SQL 2005.--Gail ShawSQL Server MVP |

i am Sure i did installed...but its not under SQL Server 2008 like 2005.What might have caused this? Any ideas? |

Did you check both of the management tools boxes during install?The only reasons it won't be there are1) It was not installed2) It was installed and the menu item was later removed.--Gail ShawSQL Server MVP |
