I'm trying to create 2 Virtual Dim's from 1 Actual Dim. The Actual has 4 levels (excl "ALL") and the keys are unique within each level.

Vendor
Product Category
Product Type
Product

I've created the 2 VDims, Vendor (1 level) and product (3 levels).

When I add the Vendor VDim to my cube, everything works, but after I add the Product VDim and try to process the cube, I get a "Connection to the server is lost" error.

Any Ideas?

Could this perhaps be it?

Unfortunately no.
This fix relates to a dimension shared by many cubes, I only have one cube so far (still in dev). I've decided to go with separate Vendor & Product Dims as a work-around.

Thanks for the response.
