Hi,I am working on user-interface software for data input. I want to write a query making it possible that when a user chooses "other" the cursor jumps to a different field so that "other" van be defined in a long text item:Sub MainIf @FTBEL1@=6 Then @BELAND@.NoEn=False> @BELAND@.SetFocus> Else @BELAND@.NoEn=TrueEnd IfEnd SubThe syntax doesnt work, can anyone be of help? Thanks

Its an Oracle based database, the syntax didnt ring any bells to me either (thought it was my low level knowledge of programming). I hoped someone would recognize it here :)

This is a Microsoft SQL Server forum. If it's Oracle-related you're probably far better off posting this at an oracle forum. Most people here are not going to be familiar with Oracle.--Gail ShawSQL Server MVP
