SQL Daily Job Fail

i have a SQL Daily job that run on mid might.
the job is trigger a store procedure that consist of multiple store procedure will trigger email if record found.

randomly, we will receive the Job failed email
JOB RUN: 'HUB@Online Daily Task' was run on 3/30/2011 at 12:00:00 AM
DURATION: 0 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds
STATUS: Failed
MESSAGES: The job failed. The Job was invoked by Schedule 28 (HUB@Online Daily Task). The last step to run was step 1 (Exe SP).

Check from the Job History, below information return:-
Date 30-03-11 12:00:00 AM
Log Job History (HUB@Online Daily Task)

Step ID 1
Server DC-SQL
Job Name HUB@Online Daily Task
Step Name Exe SP
Duration 00:00:00
Sql Severity 0
Sql Message ID 0
Operator Emailed
Operator Net sent

Retries Attempted 0

Message
Executed as user: DC-SQL\sqlagent. Unspecified error occurred on SQL Server. Connection may have been terminated by the server. [SQLSTATE HY000] (Error 0). The step failed.

How to detect where is the root cause of the error.
