Hi

I have access to two MS SQL servers with replicated databases on each and I need to copy data from database A on SQL Server A over to database B on SQL Server B.

These database servers are in different locations but I have connections to them both. What is the simplest option to use here?

Thanks for any advice.

Backup and restore? Or are you wanting something more instant as records to into database A?

Hey, it compiles.

The data will need to floow freely on a schedule ideally. I can't use a backup and resote. Any ideas?

Use SSIS and build an integration package to export/import data.

What do you mean by "replicated databases"?

Can't you use transactional replication as that would be more "real-time"?
