| hi every body.I am quite novice in sql server management studio 2005.I install it in my windows 7.at the beginning it request me a server name to connect to.I try some names such as my computer nameU but it doesn't work.what should I do?thankshii |

| You should have defined server name on install.On the connection screen, click on the drop down box for server name and click browse, then expand database engine. Can you see the server now?I don't know if this works, but it's all I got! |
