Hi, I made a data import (from sql 2000 to sql 2005) ssis package in sql server 2005.When I run that, i get error :-SSIS Error code DTS_E_Productleveltolow. Are you executing the package from a job? From The development tool? p.s. Maint plans don't need SSIS. Check that SSIS is installed on the machine that the package is running on (not the one it's stored on)--Gail ShawSQL Server MVP |

When I scheduled the SSIS package in sql agent job, and ran from therethe error came up different :--Column 'Description' cannot convert between unicode and non unicode string data types...WARNING :- The external metadata column collection is out of synchronization with the data source columns. The column 'Description' needs to be updated in the external metadata column collectionI note that the table is imported in the sql 2005 along with column names but the table values are empty, that is 0 rows.Regards,SushantDBAWest Indies |
