Hi
I am trying to upgrade the SQL 2005 [64bit] SP4, which is in Active/passive clustered environment. OS is Windows 2003 SP2.

while trying to upgrade I got the following error message

You may want to re-download the SP4 package, it's possible it got corrupted and lost the file in question. If that does not fix it you should open a support incident with Microsoft.
