| I know I can't use html and shouldn't use Javascript to enter information into SQL. But I have a DNN module that is a popup based on html. On this popup I want people to have the option to enter info to receive a free catalog. I want to save that info in our database, but I have no idea what language I should do this in. Any ideas? |

| Any language you want. If your database is SQL SERVER, then you can have your front end supply the data to a STORED PROC, and have the SP insert the data into the database.http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/jeffs/archive/2008/05/13/question-needed-not-answer.aspxHow to ask: http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/brettk/archive/2005/05/25/5276.aspxFor ultra basic questions, follow these links.http://www.sql-tutorial.net/ http://www.firstsql.com/tutor.htm http://www.w3schools.com/sql/default.asp |
