A system process ft catlg monitor consuming to much io on one of our database server. What is "ft catlg monitor" and how to manage its io so it cann't be a cause of resource blocking as it placing shared lock on schema. |

Are you using Full Text catalogs? What SP are you on currently? What is the machine build (hardware and OS)?These are questions that need answers before anyone can help properly, except for telling you it is a Full Text process.. |
