| I am trying to update my SQL2005 SP2 to SP3 on a windows 2003 Server after the installation starts, it asks the location of the installation disks and cannot find KB955706. It fails then for most components does succeed for Books Online and a few others |

| I cannot update to SP4 at this time as a few of the applications that run on this DB server do not support SP4. I did see one forum that maybe due to my DB settings on where databases are created but that is fine |

| That is the situation I am in, I do not undertand why a service pack cannot find the components it needs as the message said failed to load KB955706 |
