I've been working on a lengthy SQL script that will update a few rows here and there and I'm about ready to deploy it. I need this to run every 15 minutes to look for new changes. What would be the best way to do this? Should I create a sp with it and then run it a regular intervals using SQL Server agent?

Yes a stored procedure that gets executed via an Agent job.
