| Hi,I would like to rename the name of a VIEW, but since I have crated the other views which is calling this view, I would like to make sure by renaming the name of the VIEW, its name will be changed in the entire database, (in the other views which are calling the view with the new name)Thank you |

| It means finding where it is referenced and changing those objects.As an interim you could create a new view with the old name which just selects from the new named view.You can search syscomments for references to the view or use tables refeernced in information_schema.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.SSIS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
