I know I just posted a question like... 2 hours ago, but I've got another one XD So, I have a list, and in this list, I have a column with a policy number, a column with a company name, a column with an address, etc. So I want to give each row an id number. I don't want to delete entries that have the same information in some fields (like, two entries under the same company, for example). I want company's with the same name to have the same ID number. At the same time, let's say a company changes their name or the entry for the name is a little different. Is there anyway for me to get my query to check the company name, then to check the policy number, to see if the policy number is unique if the company name is not?

Kinda the same answer as the other one. Did you try it? Should be able to easily modify that.

Yeah, I did, but it only looks for the unique entries in one column. How exactly would I modify it?
