I am looking for a query which provide be below result.

JOB_Name
Last_Run_Date
Status (Enable / Disable)
Next_Run_Date

Please suggest

The sysjobs table in the msdb database has all the details you need. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms189817.aspx
