Jyoti, this is more of an architectural question, than a specific SQL question, so I (or anyone else who may want to respond) can respond only in general terms.

If you MUST use C# to read from Excel and read/write from/to SQL databases, one way would be to create a Visual Studio project in C#, use Excel COM object to access the excel file and ADO.Net to access the SQL database.

This page has documentation and examples on how to use Excel COM Interop objects: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd264733.aspx

This page has documentation and examples on how to use ADO.Net: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dw70f090.aspx

If you run into specific problems, post details and I am sure people on the forum would be able to help.
