 Import sql jobs from 2000 to 2005

I have task with importing jobs from sql 2000 to sql 2005

I have imported to jobs ok but they will not run

Sql Job
isql -Uinsphireuk –Pinsphireuk110468 -n -i
D:\Intranet\hirreps\SCRIPTS\abandoned.sql -o
d:\Intranet\hirreps\abandoned.htm

Error message
Msg 102, Level 15, State 1, Line 1
Incorrect syntax near 'Uinsphireuk'.
Msg 132, Level 15, State 1, Line 1
The label 'd' has already been declared. Label names must be unique within a query batch or stored procedure.

If you open this file in a query window: "D:\Intranet\hirreps\SCRIPTS\abandoned.sql" will it run successfully? I suspect not. That would mean that sql server 2005 has a problem parsing the sql statements in the script where as 2000 did not.
