I go to youtube asking how they make a server because when I enter a name to create for the server On SQL server Management studio it get this error. I tried making a server off of SQL server configuration manager.

is your sql server service running on the server? go to services.msc ans check if its running

if you've installed in your machine database engine it will be created automatically.

My server? I havent installed a server. I thought i would just have to type in a name and it would make the server on login. Please help!

nope. you need to first install sql server on your machine. or are you by any chance trying to connect to a server which is running in some other machine from your machine?

I have SQL server management studio and i dont even know how to make a server. I thought the login to managment studio was the form to create the server

nope. first clarify my doubt.
is your intention creation of new server in your machine or are you trying to connect to existing instance on another machine?

ok then first install sql server on your machine. once done , you'll have a service running in services.msc then you can try to login using login screen.
