Dear All,

I want to disply full month name in date coulmn

ie for ex:
SELECT CONVERT(VARCHAR(24), GETDATE(), 106)
returns : 06 Sep 2011

But i need to diplay date as 06 September 2011.Any help is highly appreciated.

SELECT STUFF(CONVERT(VARCHAR(24), GETDATE(), 106), 4,3,DATENAME(month,GETDATE()))

as always try to do it in your front end application if possible as this is a presentation issue
