| Hi,Recently upgraded to sql 2008 r2 on server. While restoring database from r2 to sql 2008 locally. It showing version mismatch error.Is it possible to 2 upgarde version without installing sql 2008 r2?Ishwar Maurya8080485258 |

| You can script the database and recreate it on earlier version, and then "copy" the data over. But you cannot RESTORE to an earlier version. |
