Hi All,
I have SQL server 2005 with enterprise edition 32 GB of RAM with AWE enabled.

I am frequently getting this error.

There is insufficient system memory to run this query.and if we restart the SQL server it will go away i wish not to restart the server.

What are the possible solution to this.

Thanks,

You should consider getting to 64-bit.

what are the min and max memory settings for SQL Server? How much memory is SQL Server using during peak time?
