My company had a person go out sick and I'm back filling and don't know much about SQL Server 2008. We are having an issue where the client machines can't print reports. They get a pop up box "Unable to load client print controls" everytime they click on the printer icon. This is what I know about the server set up Windows 2008 Server R2 SQL Server 2008 RTM (10.0.1600.22) (x64) SQL Server Reporting Services (10.0.1600.22) How do I go about fixing this? Is there a cumulative update that addresses this issue or do I need to upgrade to SQL Server 2008 R2? Any help would be greatly appreciated
