So the table Customer has a column named [balance amount]?Or why do you think you can do AVG(balance amount)?Please understand that we can't see the table structure or anything other than what you have posted.

then you should be trying to create a sample tables based on requirement and then querying on it. unless you do that you wont be learning anything.
