what do you mean by master table?
first define what according to you means master table and what information you need to keep in it.

why should you replicate them? perhaps what you're after is a view combining the columns of all table. But then didnt get why you need to combine all columns from 60 odd tables.

if i do any changes in master table tht wil automatically reflect the child table that means if i do any changes in master table automatically it wil change in child table.

Can you first explain need of all these?
why should be you introduce redundancy like this?
is this for devlopment/testing purpose?

Seriously, why?? Just make the changes in the real tables. Far easier, far less complex.

that will still be additional effort as doing any changes would require to apply them in turn to all those 60 odd tables internally
