I have Denali CTP1 installed with SharePoint 2010 SP1 on 64-bit Windows Server 2008R2 with .NET 4. Attempt to install SQL 2012 RC0 yields "The operating system on this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for SQL Server 2012 RC0.... For Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, Service Pack 1 or later is required." I installed SP1, restarted to complete the installation, and restarted again, but still get the same message. Nothing on the link to Hardware and Software Requirements seems to give me a clue.Preparing a demo that is already scheduled: any help would be appreciated.PerfWise |

Additional notes: this is Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter edition. Also, I checked the Event logs and the SQL logs (CTP3; none available for R0 yet) and there was no indication of the issue in either.PerfWise |
