I have 10 textbox column in my SSRS report.
I want my report when exported to excel it should be also
10 columns. how can i do this format?
because there are some fields that occupy 2 or 3 columns
when exporting into excel file. meaning 1 fields in my SSRS form
but when exporting to excel it merge 2 to 3 columns.

Regards,

JOV

I did not use gruping. but i notice that there are some columns that still intact into on column. but the others fields merge into 2 or 3 columns when export to excel. Also when i open the Exported excel file the merge and center and wrap text is acrivated.

have you explicitly merge multiple columns inside ssrs report to create the columns?

Hi Visakh,

I notice why i have a merge columns when exported to excel because of the page header and
sub-report that i have added. I already fixed the page header but my concern is my sub-report that it cause merge column when exported to excel. Thanks.
