| Are you sure it doesn't say "...Not associated with a trusted connection"?Make sure SQL is in mixed security mode.-Chad |

the message is "login failed for user sa reason not associated with a trusted sql server connection" but how can i be sure sql server is in amixed security mode |

| In Enterprise Manager, right click on the server name, click on Properties, go to Security tab. Select the radio box "SQL Server and Windows NT" under authentication.Restart your SQL Server--HTH,Vyashttp://vyaskn.tripod.com |
