| For some reason I can not install any version of SQL on my windows 7 x86 laptop. this is after ive installed it on here before. I keep getting : Could not access Network Location :.All files are stored on my HD and ive even downloaded the express version of 2008 from microsoft.I really need some help please. |

| are you installing SSMS or the SQL Server Database Engine? It sounds like either - there is a path missing on your laptop or is it pointing to a network location?Could you post the full message?Jack Vamvas--------------------http://www.sqlserver-dba.com |

Install problem
