Accessing a Report Server Url when SSRS is configu

Hi,
We have a requirement in our project to access the Report from Report Server Url and Reporting Services is configured for SharePoint Integrated mode. In our requirement We have to build a custom Webpart in sharepoint 2010 to display the Report that uses Asp.net Report Viewer.
We are facing a problem in accessing the Report Server Url and binding the SSRS Report to Asp.Net Report Viewer.
We build report in SSRS 2008 and deployed in below url that is SSRS-Sharepoint integrated mode.
Here TabTest is a site and Reports is ReportLibrary in sharepoint.
'http://server5:99/TabTest/Reports/
We are trying to access Report from asp.net user control .Below is the code we are using.

Page_Load of User control
ReportViewer1.Reset();
ReportViewer1.ProcessingMode = ProcessingMode.Remote;
ReportViewer1.ServerReport.ReportServerUrl = new Uri("http://server5:99/");
ReportViewer1.ServerReport.ReportServerCredentials = new ReportServerCredentials("xxx", "xxx", "xxx");
ReportViewer1.ServerReport.ReportPath = "/ TabTest/Reports/EPHT_AsthamaRep.rdl";
We get error message saying
“The attempt to connect to the report server failed. Check your connection information and that the report server is a compatible version.

We tried in google but nothing helped. We are new to Sharepoint 2010 and SSRS 2008. Could anyone help us on this?
