Hi everyone. I have the following message that has appeared when trying to back-up. Previous back-ups have been ok, so not sure of the issue as I've tried to back up to USB and hard drive with no luck. I have just added more disk space and as mentioned, I have backed up and overwritten existing files in the past. Thanks in advance..

Backup failed for Server 'WINFIELD\PTPACCOUNTS'. (Microsoft.SqlServer.SmoExtended)

Show us the output of sp_spaceused for that database as well as xp_fixeddrives. In addition, check the SQL Server Error Log for more details.
