Just a quick comment...

Every post that I checked is plagiarised, from a Microsoft Press book, from other blogs and articles, from the Microsoft website itself. You can't just take other people's work without permission and post it as if it were your own. It's unethical and it's illegal and it won't be long before one of the copyright holders requests google to take down your site.

If you're going to blog and help people, it must be your own original work, not something copied from elsewhere and used without permission.

If you copied something for your reference, then keep it private on your machine. If you want to show people cool stuff that you found, then post a small excerpt with link and attribution. Posting the entire contents of someone else's work without link or attribution however is just not on.
