I have a data set that has 4 coulmns with values

Month Year Program count
1 2010 A 10
1 2010 B 20
2 2010 A 5
3 2010 B 25
1 2011 A 30
1 2011 B 22
2 2011 A 17
2 2011 B 19

I need to display in the report as
Month-year A B

Jan-2010 10 20
Feb-2010 5
Jan-2011 30 22
Feb-2011 17 19

I used matrix and added program as a column and concatenated the month and year as Row.

But the problem only month Jan-2010 and Feb-2010 are displayed. the others are not displayed.

What could be the problem?
