| Hi,On my report manager I have 4 reports deployed (SQL SERVER 2008 R2). Say there are 2 users U1 & U2.U1 should be able to view all the reports R1, R2, R3, R4.Whereas U2 should be able to view only R1 & R2. The reports R3 & R4 should be hidden. How can I hide the reports R3 & R4 for U2.Regards,Nithin |

| I assume that each of those reside in a separate report folder? I believe that you have to go to each folder and manually set the appropriate rights on them for which users have access to what. |

set up two seperate folders in report server and deploy restricted reports to one folder and generic ones to otherthen give access to only U1 for first folder. for second folder give all access------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SQL Server MVPhttp://visakhm.blogspot.com/ |
