Who can tell me how to grant Server Agent Service to an account?

start/run/services.msc

double-click SQL Server Agent. Go to log on tab.

Make sure account has permissions on any resources SQL Agent Jobs will touch.

What is it exactly that you're trying to do? There is only one service account per service.

Or do you mean msdb roles
