this is failing Msg 102, Level 15, State 1, Procedure PBM_GET_INS_COVERAGE, Line 21
Incorrect syntax near '@RESNDCS'.
what is the problme?

USE [PBM_olda]

You need a matching END to go with the BEGIN as in:


...
WHERE rxnorm.gcn_seqno = @RESNDCS 
END
