I was adding views and tables to my server's SQL Server 2008 on Friday. We are setup for merge replication. Each time after adding a view or table, and marking it as an article for replication, I created a new snapshot. At some point during the various View additions and subsequent snapshot creations, I deleted a view that I determined I no longer wanted. I created a new snapshot after this, synched with no problem, and continued my schema changes. My synchs work fine, and about 80% of the users are able to synch. But the other 20% are getting an error message during their synch that the object I deleted ("vMainOppsList") is invalid. Why would they be getting this message? Maybe they synched during the time I was doing my schema changes and their scripts got out of order?Where can I begin to look to fix this? Are the scripts somewhere I can find them and see where the replication is referencing this deleted view?I am very much a newbie and have no one I know who can help me. Thanks |

They're in the snapshot folder. You may need to reinitialize all subscriptions. How many subscribers? How often do they connect? |
