The -o option will create a new output file or over-write an existingf one.

Is there a way the have sqlcmd append the outputs to 1 file like echo

Where > createa a new file, and >> appends to a file?

Or if there is any other workaround?

Perhaps a dos command?

Don't think so

This file will be created if it does not exist. A file of the same name from a prior sqlcmd session will be overwritten.
