Access 2010, access db.Our client has placed a password on this db (we have the password), but, in order to be able to use the db efficiently in an SSIS package, we need to remove that password. According to MS, the process for doing so is to open Access first, then open the db, but choose "Open Exclusive" from the "open" button on the dialog. Doing so should allow you to "Unset password" from the db. however, when i choose "Open Exclusive" from the dropdown on the Open button, the "Open Exclusive" option is "there" but it does not actually apply itself to the button when choose it. Sorry if it's confusing.suggestions?thanksjames |
